Canada Support Overview

The National Science Foundation (NSF) tasks CH2M HILL Polar Services to provide support to specific projects conducting field work in Canada.

This support may include:

  • Coordinating with and paying for support provided by Canadian research support organizations such as Polar Continental Shelf Project(http://polar.nrcan.gc.ca/)
  • Provision of field equipment (tents, satellite telephones) from NSF inventories
  • Logistics support (transportation, air support, cargo movement)
  • Field camp management and staffing assistance
  • Field safety support (safety training, remote medical service and medical kits)
